Exchange Details
- You have 21 business days from the date of delivery to set-up an exchange for all Fathead.com products, excluding Custom Creations and Licensed Sports Wallpaper.
- Proof of purchase from Fathead.com is required for all returns.
- Customers wanting to exchange a product are responsible for the shipping costs to return the original item.
- The product must be unused and in its original packing:
- For any of our decals, do not peel them off the backing.
- For our Fathead Big HeadTM and Stand OutTM cut outs, do not remove them from the surrounding material.
- You have 21 business days from the date of delivery to report any damaged or defective products.
- Damaged or defective products due to shipping and handling will be replaced at no cost to you.
- Pictures of the defective products and of the shipping box are required.
- Proof of purchase from Fathead.com is required for all exchanges.
- Orders purchased outside of Fathead will not be accepted. Please return your items to the store where the original purchase was made.
